Hi, I'm Lucy.

I spent 20+ years in corporate leadership, leading global teams in pharma, finance and FMCG while raising three kids. On the outside I looked like I had it together. On the inside I was overthinking every meeting, second-guessing my decisions and battling imposter syndrome.

When I finally invested in understanding the psychology behind executive presence, everything changed.

Today I'm an award-winning Executive Coach, triple-certified including in positive psychology, and I've coached 750+ women Directors, VPs and Executives across organisations like Pfizer, Google, MSD and PwC.
