T&C's and Release of Liability 

This Release of Liability and Event Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into at the time of purchase and is by and between 360 LeadHERship Training and Development Limited and Lucy Gernon (“Company”) and you, the Event Attendee deciding to attend the Event as outlined below (“Participant”). Participant understands and agrees they are entering into a legally binding Agreement with Company, inclusive of the following terms and conditions as outlined herein, and the Privacy Policy here. Please review this policy to understand how we handle your data in line with GDPR regulations.

Join us at The Immerso Hotel, Ericeira, Portugal, Retreat on the 9th and 10th of May 2025. This transformative personal and professional growth experience is designed exclusively for corporate women in leadership.

• Welcome Soirée: Drinks on the evening of the 8th of May 2025.
• Workshops and Leadership Sessions: All curated workshops and leadership sessions on the 9th and 10th of May.

Consideration for Event

Fees: Fees must be paid in full as per the checkout page. Members of the 3SIXTY Leaders Club may receive a discounted rate, which is only valid for that member and is not transferable. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase; no refunds will be issued if the code is not used.

Refunds: No refunds will be offered for any reason once the ticket has been purchased. If Participant is attending the event as a bonus and elects not to attend, there will be no penalties, nor any refund.

If for any reason Company must cancel or reschedule the event due to illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, including restrictions or mandates related to COVID-19, Company will provide participants with as much notice as possible and a rescheduled date, if known. If Participant is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, a credit will be offered for the next in-person event hosted by the Company. No monetary refunds will be provided.

Voluntary Participation

Participant agrees and understands that attending and participating in the retreat is entirely voluntary. Any negative experiences before, during, or after the event are not the responsibility of the Company. Participant acknowledges that Company has not advised nor pressured them to attend and agrees to assume full responsibility for their decision to participate in the retreat, including all activities and programming offered.

Participant agrees not to hold Company, its employees, affiliates, or contractors responsible for any injuries, issues, or negative experiences occurring during or as a result of their attendance at the retreat, including travel to and from the event.

Photo/Media Release

Participant acknowledges that parts of the retreat may be filmed, recorded, or photographed by the Company or other participants for commercial use. Participant consents to their likeness being used in such media and grants the Company a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use their image, name, or likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to Company websites and social media channels.

Company is not responsible for media content captured and shared by other attendees.

Travel

Participant acknowledges that travel arrangements to and from the retreat are their sole responsibility. Any issues related to travel, such as delays, lost luggage, or cancellations, are not the responsibility of the Company.

Accommodations

Participant is responsible for researching and securing accommodations for the retreat. The Company will not provide accommodations, and all choices regarding lodging remain the sole responsibility of the Participant.

Food and Beverages

The Company will provide networking and refreshments on the evening of the 8th May, lunch on 9th May and lunch and farewell dinner on the 10th May, All other meals, snacks, drinks (including alcohol), and incidentals are at the Participant’s expense.

For meals provided by the Company, all efforts will be made by the hotel to label allergens, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Participants are responsible for asking questions about the food ingredients and making informed choices and addressing dietary needs with the venue if necessary. The Company assumes no liability for adverse reactions to food or beverages.

Liability for Accidents and Venue Responsibility

Participant acknowledges that the retreat will be held at the Immerso Hotel, Ericeira, Portugal, and agrees that any accidents, injuries, property damage, or other incidents occurring on the hotel premises are the sole responsibility of the hotel and its staff. 360 LeadHERship Training and Development Limited is not liable for any such occurrences, as the venue is independently owned and operated.

By attending the retreat, Participant assumes full responsibility for their safety and well-being during their time at the venue and agrees to resolve any claims related to accidents or incidents directly with the hotel. The Company assumes no liability for conditions or events occurring on the hotel property.

Activity Participation Waiver

Participant acknowledges that certain activities offered during the retreat may be performed inside or outside the hotel grounds, including but not limited to coaching, nature walks or hikes, exercise, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and wine-tasting, may involve inherent risks. Participant confirms they are voluntarily engaging in these activities and assumes full responsibility for their participation. The Company, Lucy Gernon, guest speakers, facilitators, and contractors are not liable for any injuries, emotional distress, or adverse reactions resulting from these activities.

Guest Speaker Disclaimer

The retreat may include presentations or sessions led by guest speakers or facilitators who are independent contractors. The Company is not responsible for any opinions, advice, or information provided by these guest speakers.

Emotional and Physical Well-being

Participant acknowledges that some workshops, discussions, or activities may evoke emotional or physical responses. Participant agrees to take responsibility for their well-being during the event and seek professional support if needed.

Personal Property Disclaimer

Participant is responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings during the retreat. The Company and the venue are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of the retreat due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or governmental actions or cancellations. by the hotel for reasons of same. 

Participant Conduct

Participant agrees to behave in a respectful manner at all times. The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant without refund if they engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior.

Medical Attention

In the event of a medical emergency during the retreat, Participant consents to emergency care as deemed necessary by professionals on-site or nearby.

Termination of Agreement

This Agreement takes effect upon the purchase of a retreat ticket and remains in effect until the conclusion of the event.
